ROBIN 14 years ago Robin made the move from record collector to DJ. A residency at Azzuri's alongside the Legendary Ricardo Da Costa led to the start of a long and exciting DJ career. Sponsorship from Chad at BLACK FLYS and becoming 1 of there top resident Dj's Robin was quickly picked up by Marco Caromba and was invited to play at the Pure Rush parties, the phenomenal Lucky Strike events and thanks many late nights has become a feature at South Africa’s biggest Dance Party H20. Robin also competed in the finals of the Toyota Conquest DJ of the Millennium competition as well as the Euro Tribe DJ Competition at Monsoon Lagoon, where he made it to the finals at both events. He was invited as the new guest at the “FINAL” Funky House party and traveled S.A heading the line up at the Eurotribe parties. While being a resident DJ at Sutra Boksburg he also enthralled many with his thumping 9 till 12 opening sets at the highly acclaimed Club “Evolution” in Midrand for over 3 years. Robin explores music for all the unique elements within... He plays funky driving tunes that progress into house with a harder edge, touching on an electro tip to round off a pleasant journey.  |
